Event planned and organised by Carers of West Lothian - SDS will have a stand. Meet organisations, services and community groups that can support young people with additional support needs as they move towards adulthood Join us at the annual Transitions Information Evening 2026, hosted by Carers of West Lothian, and meet a wide range of organisations, including Skills Development Scotland, that can support young people with additional support needs as they move towards adulthood. This free event brings together professionals and community organisations from across West Lothian and beyond, giving families the opportunity to explore the supports, services and opportunities available after school. Must be booked in advance.
