New Talent Showcase

6:00pm - 9:00pm, Friday 2nd October

Aged 19-26? Come along to the New Talent Showcase for an evening of excellent short films, industry tips and networking.
• Chat to industry pros in a relaxed, friendly and accessible environment.
• Meet other Scottish filmmakers (and potential future collaborators!).
• Celebrate the hard work and creativity of the young Scottish film community.
• Watch an excellent selection of short films, made by 19-26 year olds in Scotland

Featuring an In Conversation and Q&A with Sarah Purser, Producer of upcoming TV Show "Wax Fruit". Hear all about developing a high-end Scottish period drama for TV and ask your questions at the Q&A after!

Main Festival Day

Prestwick Academy, South Ayrshire

10:00am - 4:30pm, Saturday, 3rd October

Suitable for anyone aged 12-26. Join us for interactive workshops, panels, industry exhibitors area, industry 1-1s, film screenings and complementary lunch. Workshops include Screenwriting, Sustainable Filmmaking, Acting, Navigating Film Festivals, Animation, "Ask the Industry" Q&A... and more!

All main hall events are BSL Interpreted and films are captioned.
